Why we exist.

Here’s the reason why everyone should exercise, and the reason why no one ever tells you about it.

Exercise helps you deal with hating yourself, depression, and focus on your life goals. When you’re happy with yourself even when you haven’t reached your goals you stop comparing yourself to others, when you stop feeling like crap from comparing yourself to others you stop buying every piece of fitness junk and stolen rebranded training program put on the market.

Exercise = less self hatred = not comparing yourself = no desperate buying = less profit for the industry.

Is everyone preying on your depression. No, most of the people in the fitness industry are just like you, self worth tethered to a goal, only difference is they felt the need to go through hell to achieve it, now that they have they’re trying to help you do the same. But like you they believe the only way to achieve self worth is misery.

Depression, is no longer a rare experience, it’s much more unlikely for an individual to never feel it. If you’ve never hated yourself it’s probable you’re already training to be fit enough to kill people. Most people who don’t already exercise regularly tend to not see the point of it unless you’re trying to become a pro athlete, model, actor, soldier, etc.

The point is when you start training, your body want’s you to keep doing it because it’s really good for it. so it gives you an incentive to do so. By releasing endorphins the magic hormone that everyone who’s ever watched a medical show knows about is the “happy hormone.” It makes you feel better. It’s no cure for depression but it sure as hell helps. People think they need to achieve some result set by someone else before they can be happy with their progress. Lose this much weight, get this ripped, be this strong. Not true. People think they have to wait months or years to be happy with themselves. It can start right now.

That’s the point. That’s why Titan Temple exists, thats what we stand for.
